Refund & Return Policy

All sales of physical cartridges at Bad Bat Games are final. Due to the nature of our products — physical ROM hack cartridges produced in limited quantities — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or the cartridge is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bentlyferland@protonmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Cancellation requests submitted after 1 hour are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
